These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gaudio Studio Pro, an AI-powered audio and video post-production service operated by Gaudio Lab, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at gsp.gaudiolab.io. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Gaudio Studio Pro provides AI-powered post-production tools including AI Dubbing, Subtitle Generation, DME (Dialogue/Music/Effects) Separation, and MR (Music Replacement). Usage is measured and billed using a credit-based system based on the duration and type of content processed.

2. Credit System

Users purchase credits in advance to use the service. 1 credit equals $1 USD. Credits are deducted from your balance each time a job is processed, based on the duration of the content and the feature used. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and expire thereafter.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. You may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to process content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates the rights of others. Misuse of the service may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Gaudio Studio Pro platform, including its AI models and software, remains the property of Gaudio Lab, Inc. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any component of the platform.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any audio or video content you submit for processing. By using the service, you grant Gaudio Lab, Inc. a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. We do not use your submitted content for AI training without your explicit consent.

7. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to update or discontinue the service or these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gaudio Lab, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
